  The MimiSilk Nova 830nm/415nm is suitable for anyone aged 18 and above. It is particularly for teenagers in their puberty stage and those with acne-prone skin. This device is intended for Fitzpatrick Skin Types I-V. Here are some additional precautions:

  1. For teenagers under the age of 18, please use it under the guidance of a dermatologist.
  2. If your skin has any skin diseases, wounds, crusts, bleeding, sunburn, darkened skin color, or any other similar conditions, do not use this product.
  3. Pregnant women must not use this device.
  4. This device is not waterproof. Do not store or use it in damp environments.

• Frequency of Nova 830nm/415nm Use?

  The device should not be used more than five times per day (the frequency may be appropriately increased based on the severity of acne; it is recommended to use 1 to 4 times within 24 hours, with each session lasting either 8 or 16 seconds).

• How long does it take to see results?

• Can Nova 830nm/415nm be used in conjunction with Iris 1450nm?

  For people prone to acne, we recommend using Nova 830nm/415nm and Iris 1450nm. During the period when acne is prone to occur, use Nova 830nm first to treat the acne. Once the redness and inflammation subside, then use Iris 1450nm to eliminate acne marks, acne pits, replenish collagen, and ultimately achieve smooth skin (avoiding areas of damaged and swollen skin on the face).

• Why doesn't my device work anymore?
  1. First, please check if the device has entered the child lock mode. Press and hold the power button for 4 seconds to unlock the device. After hearing four beeps, immediately release the power button. At this point, one more beep will be heard, indicating that the device is now usable.
