• Who can use the MimiSilk Iris 450nm Device?

  The MimiSilk Iris laser can be used by anyone over the age of 18. It is safe to use and suitable for all skin types and tones. 1. Do not use it while your skin has skin diseases, wounds, scabs, bleeding, sunburns, tanned skin, or other similar conditions.
  2. Pregnant women and people under 18 years old are not allowed to use this device.
  3. This device is not waterproof, do not store or use it in a humid environment.
  4. Do not look directly at the scanning window when the device is turned on.
  5. Do not use the device while it is charging. If you are sensitive to light or have taken photosensitizing medications, please do not use this device.

• What areas of the skin can I treat with the MimiSilk Iris 1450nm Device?

  The device is designed with 5 scanning areas seperately based on facial features：

  • FOREHEAD
  • PERIORBITAL（Left and right)
  • CHEEK（Left and right)
  • UPPER LIP
  • CHIN

  Based on your needs, you can select one or multiple areas for scanning. The indicators of the selected areas will be brightly lit, while the unse - lected areas will remain dimly lit. It is recommended to complete scanning of all areas from top to bottom, following the area indications.

  *For the use of the neck (excluding the thyroid area), chest, and hands, we currently do not have relevant test reports. We recommend using low energy first to observe the effect.

• Does Iris 1450nm hurt? Are there any side effects?

  For most individuals, the treatment process is virtually painless. For first-time users, we recommend starting with level 1 and trying a higher level if you find it tolerable. Compared to the large spot laser, our fractional laser does have a relatively obvious stinging sensation, especially when using levels 2 or 3 for the first time. This is also an indication that the device is functioning properly.

  It is a normal phenomenon if there is a slight redness after use. It will disappear within 15-20 minutes after applying a facial mask, with no recovery period required.

• Frequency of MimiSilk Iris 1450nm Use?

  1. The core period involves 3-4 sessions per week, and the entire process of collagen activation lasts for 8 consecutive weeks. • Can I travel with the MimiSilk Iris 1450nm Device?

  Yes, it's portable, wireless devices that travel well. Each laser is small enough to fit in a carry-on bag, does not need to be plugged in for use, and contains a built-in lithium-ion rechargeable battery. If possible, we recommend packing the device in its original packaging to avoid damage.

• Can the MimiSilk Iris 1450nm be used after cosmetic treatments like microcurrent or hyaluronic acid injections? Any precautions?
  1. After a microcurrent treatment, wait at least 12 hours before using the MimiSilk Iris, provided there is no visible redness or discomfort.

• Are there any side effects, and what are the solutions?

  After each use, the skin may experience a slight redness. In rare cases, due to improper operation or the skin's intolerance to the high-level energy, scabs, blisters or pigmentation may occur. The corresponding solutions include: applying a soothing and moisturizing mask immediately after use, applying a lotion, essence and cream, and applying physical and chemical sunscreen the next day when going out.

• Can Iris 1450nm be used in conjunction with Nova 830nm?
