We offer two delivery services: Standard and Express Shipping.

Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. If a customer needs to send multiple orders to multiple addresses, they must place separate orders and provide each address at checkout.

1. Shipping Regions

• United States
• Canada
• Australia, New Zealand
• Europe
• Some Asian countries include Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan, and Macao.
• Note: Orders to the Virgin Islands, Micronesia, PO boxes, and APO/FPO addresses are temporarily not accepted. Please consult support@mimisilk.com for shipping to other countries.

2. Customs

We offer prepaid duties for shipments to the United States, Canada, Australia, and most European and Asian countries. 

3. Delivery Time

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. The item’s processing time is the duration from the time we receive your order to when it is physically dispatched. Rigorous Quality Control checks and tests are conducted to ensure product quality before shipment.

Please note that Signature service is only available for deliveries to the following regions: the United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, New Zealand, and Asia.
