We offer a 90-day return policy, meaning you have 90 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To qualify, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need to present the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us via email at support@mimisilk.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior request for a return will not be accepted. Feel free to contact us with any questions about returns. 

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already shipped.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (like beauty items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, and we will inform you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.

If the usage period is less than one month or the manual's recommended usage is not followed, the return policy becomes invalid.

Unacceptable Return Conditions

• Missing or damaged original product, accessories, manuals, cables, or other items initially included with the product.
• Products that are physically damaged or show damage due to obvious misuse.
• Products with stains, such as scratches, food, or oil stains.
• Orders placed more than 90 days ago.

Tips: If you change your mind after the goods have been arranged for shipment, don't open the package. Return it using the provided label. We deduct $30 for round-trip shipping or $50 if a signature service was used from the refund.
